If your skin tone is on the lighter side (Chinese, Spanish, American heritage): you can go from light blonde to bright red, just like Ruffa Mae Quinto.

If your skin tone is on the warmer side (Malay heritage), best to go ash to light brown similar to Vanessa del Bianco.
