ok well my friend and i are planing stuff for halloween allready and so we need hair dye. we want like a dark red color with black but we dont want to dye our hair permanent so what can we use? and we dont want that spray on stuff because it turns everything it touches that color...thanks for ur help!

Use Loreal Color Pulse it's awesome! It washes out in 8 -10 washes. I use it all the time. :D (oh but word of advice, red is one of the hardest colors to get out of your hair and it might not come all the way out no matter what brand you use) Good Luck!

ice has this gel whith coloring in it. Its not permanent, but it's a gell, so I dunno if u want 2 use that.........
either that or get a wig :-P

You can use one day wash out temporary color that you put in in the shower. Do not use permanent or demi or semi. These will not wash out.

you can go to Wal Mart or a drug store and they should have non-permanent hair coloring there, I'd definately do that instead of doing it permanently. And if they have a non-permanent color treated hair color, I'd suggest that cuz it won't (or shouldn't) damage your hair as badly.

a semi-permanetent will take about a month to wash out unless you do some intesive hair damage to it. so if you don't want to walk around with red hair i wouldn't go that way. the hair spray on stuff isn't that great cause as you said it makes everything that color. so here's my thought, if you put red food dye in a thing (and hear me out here) of mayo it'll temperarily dye your hair that color. make sure you don't get it on anything cause it dyes stuff too just not as bad and it'll wash out really easy. so good luck and have fun this halloween!
